Digipak; Audience feedback
In order to decide which image would be most suited to be displayed on the front cover of the digipak, i completed an audience survey in which I asked various members to choose one of the eight images they preferred. In order for these audience members to make an informed decision, I first explained the context in which the image will appear (on the front of a CD cover) and also the genre of the band, combined with the type of music they play.

Below is the survey completed by audience members in order to ensure that my choices of imagery are best fitted to the target audience, and not only made by my own judgement. This ensures i have multiple opinions on which image should in fact be used, hopefully then appealing to a wider target audience. The first image shows the rough tally chart in which audience members placed a tally mark next to the name of the image they preferred (as well as being shown the images at the same time), these were then later entered into a bar graph and pie chart in order to show a visual representation of this. From the results it was evident that the 'mountain' design and the 'cherry blossom' design were the two favourites out of all of the designs. However because these two designs had the same amount of people that chose them, it lead to a draw, therefore leaving it to my own decision between these two images as to which one I will choose.
